Dear Kathleen
It was wonderful to have had the opportunity to attend the Survivors Group Meeting last night. I was immediately struck by two things: the camaraderie and warmth so evident amongst everyone, and the seemingly random mixture of women in attendance. I met women of all ages from young to elderly, of all personalities from quiet to boisterous, all sizes from petite to tall, delicate to solid. There was a cross section of all women in that room which illustrates so vividly how ubiquitous breast cancer is, we are all at risk, and underlines so importantly that we can’t let up our guard! We must be proactive through education and awareness, knowledge and healthy habits.
Last night I witnessed such enthusiasm and strength of spirit to spread the awareness and empower all women. I know that through our diverse yet unified efforts we can beat this disease!

I totally agree with Kathy Bosse's comments. That is why I'm compelled to continue to attend our meetings , even though it's been almost 9 years ago for me. It's a celebration of survivorship at every meeting. Thank you Kathy Bosse , you bring so much energy!

I do have to confess that I take pleasure in reading your weblog, even when I do not agree with you. I guess the main thing would be to make folks think. 1 of these days I'll get around to starting a weblog. It'll most likely be far more for blowing off steam and much less helpful than yours is though. Keep writing and I will maintain reading through.

I'd like to thank all the help that Kathy Bosse's team received but most of the great success is from Kathy's years of diligent labor on her own to work toward our life goal of ridding cancer from our lives. Thank you Kathy Bosse.
